What came first: The Douchebag or the White Sunglasses?

Reader Dominic who hails from the great land of Minnesota reached out recently and asked for a blog post about white sunglasses. I receive many reader submissions, and who would I be if I weren't providing my readers with the information that they need to know, when they need to know it.

Reader Dominic will be happy to know that when Googling the term 'white sunglasses' Google auto-fills the search field with 'white sunglasses douche' or 'white sunglasses gay'.

From my current research the term 'gay' as it is used in this search field, actually means lame. Although, someone on Yahoo! Answers has asked if wearing white sunglasses would in fact make them gay. I have not found any documentation where putting on a pair of white sunglasses has changed any person's sexual orientation, yet. However I cannot verify this, as I do not know every person that has ever worn a pair of white sunglasses.

I found two Facebook pages dedicated to the belief that people who wear white sunglasses are douchebags. One goes so far as to claim that the wearing of white sunglasses will make you an instant douchebag. Again, I have no verification that this will instantly change a male into a douchebag.

Please note: There is great evidence that guys wearing white sunglasses are more likely to wear multiple polo shirts on top of one another with the collars popped.

Lastly, I've found a 'To-Douche List' (to-do list) online. The number one thing recommended is to wear white sunglasses. Please note that in the photo above, the man has pulled off being a douche without an actual pair of sunglasses. This seems to suggest that the douchebag exists prior to the wearing of white sunglasses.

If readers demand that I look further into this I am willing to wear a pair of white sunglasses for one week and gauge the world's reaction.

*I apologize for the excessive use of the term douche, however readers demanded a post on white sunglasses, therefore the use of the term seemed inevitable.
